Why you're stuck
You cut calories. You added cardio. It worked for a few weeks, then it stopped — and the answer you got was to cut more and run further.
Here's what nobody told you. Half the women I work with are eating far less than their body needs. The other half are certain they're eating well and are actually eating close to double what they think. Both groups are doing the work. Neither one knows what's actually going into their body, so neither one can fix anything.
That's not a discipline problem. It's an information problem — and it's fixable in a conversation, not a six-month program.

What this actually is
01
Under-eating is the most common thing I undo. More food, placed correctly, is usually the first change.
02
Cardio has a job and it isn't fat loss. Muscle is what changes your shape, your energy, and your metabolism.
03
I've been doing this since before it was a content niche. The advice doesn't change with the algorithm.
04
Not a 25-year-old's program scaled down. Hormones, recovery, and stress get built into the plan, not added as a disclaimer.
05
If it only works while you're white-knuckling it, it isn't working. You'll learn what you're eating, then you won't need to track forever.
06
Ten years running our own gym, six in my private studio, three coaching women online. Same standard in all three.

You don't have to be ready to hire someone to get something useful out of this page.
Want something useful first
Six rules for a woman over 40 who is doing everything right and getting nowhere. Free, about ten minutes to read, no call attached.
Want your numbers
You get your real maintenance number, your protein target, and a score that tells you where you're stuck. Best guesses are fine — if you knew your numbers exactly, you wouldn't need this.
Ready to pick a direction
Forty-five minutes on your habits, your goals, and what's actually in the way. You'll leave knowing what to do next and how I'd help.
The consult
This is the conversation for a woman who's done deciding whether to fix this and now wants to know how. Here's exactly what happens, so nothing about it is a surprise.
Before we talk
Habits, goals, what you've already tried, and what you're prepared to invest. It takes a few minutes and it means we don't spend the call on intake.
On the call
Your training, your food, your sleep, your stress, your schedule — the real version. I'll tell you what's actually stalling you and what the fix looks like for a body over 40.
At the end
If coaching is the right next step, I'll lay out what that looks like and what it costs. If it isn't, I'll tell you that instead and point you somewhere better.
Yes, there's an offer at the end. I'd rather you know that now than wonder about it for forty-five minutes. You are under no obligation to take it.

If you'd rather start by yourself, this is where I'd point you. Four weeks of training built for a body over 40, plus the food log that shows you what you're actually eating — which is the part that changes everything.

About Jaime
I came up on the gym floor, coaching other people's clients, before any of it was mine. Ten years running our own gym after that. Six years in my private studio. Three years coaching women online.
I'm not going to tell you I lost a hundred pounds and found myself. I didn't. What I have is twenty-five years of doing this consistently — on myself and on more than a thousand women — and a very low tolerance for advice that sounds good and doesn't work.
The women I work with are not lazy. They're doing more than most people ever will and getting less for it. That's the problem I fix.
